The VC One is the upper module of Mon Acoustic's PlatiMon Virtual Coaxial system — a passive 2-way MTM bookshelf speaker built around dual 5.25" midrange drivers flanking an AMT (Air Motion Transformer) tweeter for fast, detailed, and effortless treble. On its own, it delivers a frequency range of 38Hz–35,000Hz with 90dB sensitivity at 4Ω, making it an easy speaker to drive and a compelling standalone bookshelf option even before adding the bass module below it.
Each unit is precision-built in Daegu, South Korea, from CNC-milled aluminum panels for a rigid, low-resonance enclosure, and includes ball-bearing decoupling designed to isolate it acoustically and mechanically from the VC Two module if you choose to stack them later.
