MonAcoustic was founded in 2020 by Jun Hyeog Seo — jazz guitarist and acoustic engineer in equal measure. Every speaker is judged the same way;

By an ear trained on real instruments, not a spec sheet.

Zero artificial coloration

No boosted bass, no softened treble, no "demo track" tuning. The philosophy is faithful reproduction — hear exactly what was recorded, nothing added or hidden.

AMT tweeters instead of dome tweeters

Air Motion Transformer drivers (pleated diaphragm design) instead of conventional domes. The treble stays composed and breakup-free even at higher volumes, where dome tweeters typically start to strain.

Small-batch, hand-assembled, individually tuned

Not mass-produced — each unit is machined, assembled, and hand-tuned by ear before it ships, rather than built to a single averaged spec.

Modular, expandable system (PlatiMon VC)

VC One (stand-mount) and VC Two (bass/harmonic extension module) can be bought and used separately, or stacked into a full-range system.

SupermOn mini 2026

The refined evolution of compact high-end.

The SuperMon Mini 2026 is voiced around the same philosophy behind every MonAcoustic speaker — nothing added, nothing hidden. A re-engineered AMT waveguide delivers treble that's fast without ever turning harsh, while dual 4″ isobaric woofers dig out bass with a weight and texture rarely found in a cabinet this size.

Compact enough for a desktop or bookshelf, but built with the same seriousness as MonAcoustic's larger speakers, the SuperMon Mini 2026 rewards a good amplifier. Pair it with an Exposure integrated amp for the kind of open, engaging performance that makes a small speaker disappear entirely into the music.

PlatiMon VC ONE MKII Pair

Stand-mount clarity, built to grow.

PlatiMon VC One is designed to reward you with a flair for "rightness of sound". There is speed and air in the AMT tweeter's upper register, and a natural coherence through the midrange from its dual 5.25" driver array. It's also capable of a surprisingly composed low end for a stand-mount, controlled and unforced even when pushed. Each unit reflects Mon Acoustic's dedication to produce incredibly true sound with zero artificial coloration.

The VC One also comes engineered with the headroom to make it a natural match for well-known amplifier brands in the market. Pair it with an Exposure integrated amplifier for an incredibly engaging, effortless performance.

VC Two Lower Module Pair

The weight-bearing half of the system.

VC Two is designed to reward you with genuine full-range authority. There is real weight and control in the low end from its 8" driver, and shimmer and air extending all the way to 40kHz from its beryllium super tweeter. It's also capable of switchable tuning, letting you dial the balance in to suit the speaker sitting above it. Each unit reflects Mon Acoustic's dedication to produce full-range sound without ever losing composure.

The VC Two also comes engineered to pair seamlessly with VC One, completing the PlatiMon Virtual Coaxial system.
