The Elixir of Sound is designed to safely and gently clean diamond styli, removing the residue that builds up during playback. As the stylus travels through the record groove, friction generates heat that can bake dirt onto the tip, dulling sound quality, increasing surface noise and accelerating wear on both stylus and records.
The formula has a very low alcohol content, so it won't attack the adhesives that hold the stylus in place or leave residue that transfers to your records. A soft applicator brush is built into the bottle cap for precise, easy application.
