Design & Engineering
At its heart is a full-time 18-bit D/A converter with independent left and right channel conversion, paired with an 8× oversampling digital filter for better resolution, lower distortion and reduced noise. A heavy triple-chassis design with vibration damping and isolation keeps resonance from affecting playback, and the digital, servo and analogue circuits are kept separate to preserve audio purity. Convenient features include 32-track random programming, repeat modes, intro scan, auto spacing and a headphone output with volume control. The original remote control is included.
